How to eat right
Before taking a weight loss journey, we highly recommend you make a diet plan that follows this simple format:
Breakfast: 1 cup of water and 1 serving of fruit (1 banana, 2 bananas, 2 or 3 grapes, 3 or 4 plums, 4 or 5 cantaloupe)
Lunch: 1 serving of vegetables (3 vegetables) and 1 serving of fruit (1 apple, 2 oranges, 2 grapes, 3 or 4 plums)
Dinner: 0 calorie snacks (e.g. juice boxes / small muffins)
A few days before you begin a weight loss journey, plan your meals to eat at a very low calorie level.
A diet plan which fits into a 6-14 day period can be used and will increase the overall effectiveness of your weight loss.

We will measure your calorie intake for the day and, if you require a more accurate estimate, we will give you one.
How much do I exercise?
We strongly suggest you undertake a suitable structured exercise, stretching and weight loss programme which you have read our guides on, and stick to it for several weeks. If you can only do this for one day, take it away and don’t go back to it until you’re feeling better.
What about my weight?
In a typical study, we measure your body weight at the end of four weeks and estimate an individual body weight loss. This is based on your weight changing 1.5 lbs per week and your exercise level reducing by an average of 4kg in four weeks.
So if you change by 5kg for the average weight loss of the studies, it means you’ll fall back to what the average study had you dropping. We have done a fair few studies in our time, all found that people dropping weight is not something they’ll wish their bodies to do more of.
The average weight loss for people taking part in the trial was 8 kg over the four weeks, so it is possible that someone will drop back to where they would have been at the end of the study had they not been taking part.
