What is the proper way to go about losing belly fat?
We’ve got a ton of ways to lose belly fat. Here are 5 ways to lose belly fat that I believe work together to help you see a big fat difference!
I’m not going to go through each of them, but here’s what they all entail:
Stop exercising (you have no choice!) And stop eating any sort of high fat or calorie-dense food.
Eat a diet/weight maintenance diet low in carbs (a low-fat version will help if you have a low blood sugar).

Eating vegetables for dinner. Cut down on all high-fat foods.
Switch to eating healthier low-calorie/low-fat food choices.
I use a low carb/high protein/low carb/high protein diet.
Eat a healthy, balanced diet.
Use supplements that support fat loss (and some support fat gain).
So, for example:
I’m a big fan of the Watermelon Water and I use it to make sure I’m drinking clean water. In fact, I like to eat a banana right before drinking the water. Then all of the clean water I take is filtered and sterilized and then I drink the water with some bananas in it, which I feel increases the immune system by helping it fight off the bacteria. After I’m drinking water, I add a tablespoon of coconut oil to my water and drink it while I’m sleeping to help with inflammation from colds and it gives me a boost.
