How do I do it. I find it kind of intimidating at first. Is my weight going be good for this? Is the scale good for this? Am I doing enough of this? Am I doing it right? A lot of people have asked me that question, and my answer is always the same, “I don’t know. What are your recommendations?” And I say, “I have a very good friend who’s going to go out there and do a six hour bike ride, and she’ll keep me from throwing up.
