You can lose the gut in 30 days by:
Going out for a swim and taking some time alone before/after
Going ice skating
Cutting or eating meat
Going on a high carbohydrate diet
Being more picky with your foods
Going to a gym for 30 seconds
Having a trainer that wants to see what happens
Watching what goes down on the show
And having someone else that loves to be around
Getting some good rest and taking it slow (this is a big part of the process)
When it comes down to it, you simply need to make room in your gut as much as possible. And the best thing to do is to get out, walk for a bit and just focus on breathing deeply and being with yourself.
This is a huge part of the process, so just focus on it and don’t stress about it too much.
When it comes to diet, I found going off the processed foods list to be the easiest one to follow, since I tend to eat mostly meat products. I do occasionally add a little bit of cheese, but it’s not a huge amount.
My goal to eat healthy eats and eat as little processed food as I possibly could, so I really only do vegetables. I also eat as much seafood as I can in my diet, so it’s not a huge issue.
I’ve been on the Paleo diet for over 2 years now, so I’d say my body is pretty much made up of Paleo foods, and it’s really helping me stay healthy.

I’ve lost 3 pounds and about 35 pounds total (in total since last year, over time)

I’ve been eating a bit better since last year. The first thing I wanted to do was re-calculate my goal amount; I figured I had to lose at least 35-40lbs (around 5-6 stone) in order to get it down to this specific figure of 35+ pounds.
After about a few weeks, my goal weight just kept creeping up. It’s always nice to see something like I’m trying to achieve but it was hard to keep up.
