Dance is one of the most basic human skills that enables us to communicate, create and experience happiness, but it is also an activity that is highly addictive.
We all experience dancing in one way or another. It is the most ubiquitous part of our daily lives, but we are more likely to get into trouble in the club or on stage when we are drunk.
Although there are many reasons why we dance, the primary one has to do with the thrill of seeing or being seen. It is that sense of fun that drives us to socialize at all costs while we are young. We tend to get better at it with age, and we develop a sense of pride in our dancing as we age.
Dancing to music plays a vital role in our daily lives because it has a powerful influence on our mood, our physical well-being, our memory and in many ways what we believe to be most important in our life.
The problem is that many of us experience a lack of enjoyment in our physical and mental functioning because we are too busy dancing to the wrong tunes or dancing to music that doesn’t interest us.

This is because when we are dancing fast it forces us to move quickly, and the muscles in our arms and legs are used as much or more to lift themselves up into different positions than they are to move ourselves up onto the dance floor.
It also encourages us to “slip off the ball” when doing a fast dance and we cannot keep up with our peers, and we are more likely to get injured as a result.
It is also possible that dancing too fast or too many times in a group of people
