I don’t know, but here’s the thing: The most popular dance is the dancing in my own house. I think it may be the dance in the whole of the world, or maybe I’m just very happy with how I dance at home. (I’m a bit too busy to remember the last dance that happened.)
RENTON, Wash. — Seahawks offensive tackle Germain Ifedi, the third overall pick in the 2017 draft, had just arrived at Bellevue Hospital Thursday morning after undergoing emergency surgery for a broken clavicle.
After the procedure, Ifedi emerged from the operating room to talk to reporters after the team’s voluntary minicamp practice.
“It was a good recovery, but the fracture is just so severe that it has to be checked on again, so it’s a very slow process,” he said. “As you can imagine, you don’t know what’s going on and you kind of have to trust your instincts and what I do is what I do, and then I’ll get the best treatment I can after it’s done.
“Obviously, I don’t want to do any more damage, but at the same time it’s a very serious injury, so you just have to go with the protocol.”
Hospital spokesman David Purdum told KOMO-TV in Seattle, Wash. that if the injury is not treated correctly, there could be additional surgery to fix the damage. Ifedi was released from the hospital after finishing his treatment.
Ifedi played sparingly in his rookie season after an ACL injury in college ended his season prematurely. However, if his injury is sustained again, the Seahawks could lose him for the season.
