Which camera is best for video shooting? – How To Become A Successful Videographer

There are four cameras you can use to shoot video:

1. DSLR (Digital Single Lens Reflex) – The best camera to use for video photography is not a DSLR, it is the Sony A7S

2. Full-frame Digital SLR (Full Frame Cameras) – This camera can be used to film movies in HD and you can make movie clips to send to your friends or family via email when you are back from a long trip

3. SLR (Single Lens Reflex) – The best camera for video shooting is the Sony NEX 6

4. Pro Body (Pro Body Style) – The best body type to use for video shooting if you want to stay within budget

The Canon 5D Mark III comes in three body types:

1. Full-frame (full frame body) – This is the body that can accommodate Full Frame lenses. This will bring a lot of flexibility to the shooting process. The extra cost of this body type can be a factor for some people, but will allow for some creative options.

2. Full-frame (full frame body + body) – This type of camera has a small body, but it allows for more flexibility to shoot in many different shooting situations than a larger full-frame body. This camera can also accommodate 4K video cameras.

3. Body (Body Style) – This camera body style allows a DSLR body, while others are interchangeable between body styles. This is more for film-style photography, such as weddings and portrait films.

The full-frame body is perfect for video shooting, but if you only want to shoot video with a smaller camera such as a Sony NEX 6 you will find some of the advantages in a full-frame body.

Choosing lenses and using lenses, we recommend looking at our comparison table (PDF). We discuss different lens types and how to choose which lens should be picked.
